With a top note of sweet chamomile and a light bitterness reminiscent to that of dark chocolate, this blend is tasty without being too fragrant or “ginger-y”. I recommend this tea for anyone suffering from PMS and light menstrual cramps. If you suffer from strong or severe menstrual cramps like I do, this tea makes a nice addition to your “monthly care package”, but may not be sufficient on its own!

  • Ginger - pain relieving, warming, anti-inflammatory

  • Cramp Bark - relieves cramps by reducing muscle spasms

  • Nettle - anti-inflammatory, nutritive

  • Yarrow - helps reduce heavy menstrual bleeding

  • Valerian Root - antispasmodic, sedative

  • Chamomile - antispasmodic, relaxing, tasty

Instructions
